Cancellation / Refund Policy
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our seminars sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled seminar. This will allow us to offer your spot to another attendee. You may call us at (804) 301-6686 or by email at Ken@rvapss.com between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours' notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another seminar. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours' notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Inclement Weather
At RVA Personal Safety Services, the safety of our members, guests, and staff is our first priority. For that reason, in the event of severe inclement weather, the published hours of operation may have to be modified. The decision to close the facility, delay openings, or close early is based on the weather forecast, current unstable weather, and projected unsafe driving conditions. We endeavor to provide whatever programs and services are possible, given the specific requirements of the program and the effect server weather can have on the facility, accessibility, and staff availability.
